Dr. Aladeitan is an esteemed Associate Professor of Petroleum Engineering whose expertise is both deep and directly applicable. Her foundational PhD research focused on optimizing thin oil rim reservoirs, tackling a key challenge in the Niger Delta. This academic authority is complemented by her hands-on industry roles as the Managing Consultant of Klensfield Environmental Services and a Consultant for NovaSpire Energy, where she applies theory to solve real-world problems in environmental strategy and energy projects. - The Proven Leader: Built on Service and Governance
Her mandate to lead is rooted in a long-standing record of institutional service and leadership. As a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), she has served in critical roles such as Chairman of the NSE Engineering Manpower and Occupation Committee, where she helped shape the standards and future of the profession. This extensive experience in professional governance equips her with the precise skills to champion NIPetE’s mission and represent our members’ interests effectively. - The Industry Voice: Advocating for the Profession
