Developer unveils smart, sustainable estate in Lagos

A real estate development firm, Meritabode Nigeria Limited has unveiled a mixed-use development known as Emerald Haven in the Lekki-Epe corridor of Lagos State.

The development, a smart and sustainably planned estate spanning 25 acres, features 150 plots, with 100 plots open for immediate development. Inspired by the modern elegance of the Dubai waterfront, the estate offers seamless accessibility and strong investment potential.
