IN Recently, the National Chairman of the Association of Women Town Planners in Nigeria (AWTPN), Tpl. Rekiyat Ahuoiza Fache, FNITP, FICA, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, Managing Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), at his temporary office. During the meeting, she congratulated him on his appointment and explored potential areas of collaboration between the Commission and AWTPN. As a Town Planner, she highlighted the vital role urban planners play in contributing to the Commission’s work.
Emphasizing her commitment to the region, she stressed the importance of developing a befitting region for the people.
Dr. Tsenyil welcomed the opportunity to explore areas of collaboration and suggested several potential initiatives that align with the Commission’s goals.
