Speaking to newsmen recently in Abuja, he stated that without innovation and smart buildings, the real estate sector will not achieve its needed growth
Recall that Cipriani recently entered into a partnership with the Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to develop a smart city in Abuja. Maku revealed that the partnership aims to integrate advanced technology, innovation, and sustainability into Abuja’s infrastructure to pave the way for a future-focused urban environment.
